Meet Yvette
I’m Yvette, a practitioner devoted to the quiet intelligence of the body: its currents, its patterns, its capacity to restore itself when given the right conditions. My work is centered on women, particularly those who carry tension, stagnation, and emotional weight through the lower body. Over time, I’ve learned that the places where the body feels “stuck” are rarely random; they are convergences of fascia, fluid, history, and habit.
I became a Licensed Massage Therapist on the island of Kauai. Following my own struggles with Lipedema, I became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) trained in Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT). The more I learned about the body, the more obsessed I became! Tissue is a language that I have committed my life to understanding.
My background includes intensive study of fascia, connective-tissue adhesion patterns, lymphatic flow, maderotherapy, and the relationship between physical stagnation and emotional holding. My approach is slow, precise, fascia-focused bodywork designed to support deep decongestion and structural softness so that the waters of the body may flow without adherence… hence the name of my practice being “The Lymph CURRENT”. My work focuses on an understanding of the body being OUR DEEPEST FRIEND, and not our lifelong enemy.
My philosophy is simple: I don’t want you to need me. My goal is for every woman I work with to feel more sovereign in her body, to understand her tissue, to read her own patterns, and to begin to read the language of her beautiful body. I’m here to guide you, to help restore movement where fascia has bound, and to encourage the pathways of flow that the body instinctively knows how to return to.
Whether you come for lymphatic drainage, maderotherapy, or decongestive fascia therapy, my focus is always the same: restoring circulation, easing adhesions, softening emotional and structural holding, and helping your body feel lighter, clearer, and more at home within itself.
This work is as much about physiology as it is about reclamation. It steadies the nervous system, supports the lymphatic waters, and gives the fascia space to breathe again. And in that space, something in you shifts, subtly at first, then unmistakably, into a more grounded and embodied version of yourself.
