The Lymph Current: Restoring Fascia Flow
Grand Opening Spring 2026

The Lymph Current specializes in restorative bodywork focused on the body’s natural pathways of flow and structure.

Each session is designed to restore fluid movement, relieve stagnation, and bring the body back into harmony with its natural current.

The Lymph Current offers 3 core services: (lymphatic drainage, maderotherapy, and decongestive fascia therapy) each provided in a 90-minute session. This length is essential to properly prime the body’s lymphatic regions and support full circulatory and fascial release.

An optional add-on is available for extended targeted fascia work.

While all clients are welcome, my practice is intentionally designed around the needs of women, particularly those experiencing lower-body fascial tightness, lymphatic stagnation, scar tissue, or aesthetic tissue concerns.

My work is not sports-massage oriented; it is specialized, slow, fascia-focused bodywork

  • A gentle, full-body massage that supports circulation, immune health, and overall balance. This technique encourages the natural movement of lymph fluid to help reduce swelling, ease tension, and promote deep relaxation. It’s especially beneficial for post-surgical recovery, chronic edema, and for anyone wanting to support the body’s natural detoxification and renewal processes.

Because lymphatic flow is easily affected by scar tissue, tension around the pelvis and abdomen, stress patterns, and everyday inactivity, this treatment offers a restorative way to reconnect the body’s pathways of circulation and flow. Most clients notice improved contour, reduced puffiness, and a deep sense of nervous-system calm.

Many women seek lymphatic drainage because it helps them feel lighter, look less puffy, and see smoother contours through the stomach, hips, and thighs. Others experience varying degrees of lymphedema or lipedema—two conditions that can cause chronic swelling, heaviness, and fluid retention in the lower body. And many come for post-surgical support as their body heals and inflammation begins to settle. All are welcome.

Performed by a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT), trained in Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) and Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) through a nationally recognized institute for lymphatic studies.

  • Maderotherapy is a specialized moderate-intensive massage technique that uses a variety of wooden tools to address fascia restrictions, stimulate circulation, encourage lymphatic drainage, and help sculpt and tone the body. Through rhythmic, targeted movements, it supports the breakdown of stubborn fat areas held by fascial tension and fluid retention while activating the body’s natural detox pathways. The result is a feeling of lightness, improved contour, and renewed vitality in the tissues.

This therapy helps address areas where adipose tissue becomes trapped or adhered within restricted fascia, contributing to the appearance of cellulite, heaviness, or localized stagnation.

While the treatment is dynamic, it is also deeply restorative—inviting circulation back into areas that have been stagnant and helping the tissues feel lighter, more mobile, and more alive. This therapy supports improved texture, enhanced lymphatic function, and a greater sense of ease throughout the lower body.

Maderotherapy (“wood therapy”) originated in Colombia, specifically in South American aesthetic and therapeutic body-contouring practices. Preforming by a therapist certificated in maderotherapy, having trained in Bali under an instructor educated in the French evolution of the original Colombian technique. This method integrates structured wooden-tool protocols designed to mobilize dense fascia, improve tissue glide, and support physiological fluid movement.

  • Decongestive Fascia Therapy is an integrative session designed to clear stagnation, release bound tissue, and restore healthier flow throughout the body. This treatment blends lymphatic activation, cupping, and targeted manual fascia techniques to support deep decongestion within the tissues.

This session is especially suited for women experiencing lower-body tightness, fascial adhesions, or the connective-tissue patterns often associated with cellulite. We focus on localized regions, typically the hips, thighs, stomach, and lower body, to soften restrictions, improve circulation, and encourage smoother movement through the fascia.

If scar tissue is present, such as from a C-section or abdominal surgery, it will be gently incorporated into the work to support fuller tissue mobility and release. Each session is tailored to your needs, helping you feel lighter, more fluid, and more connected to your body’s natural current.

Performed by a therapist specializing in fascial restriction, lower-body adhesion patterns, and decongestive release.

The fascia carries more than physical restriction—it holds the body’s stories.

  • A focused fascia add-on designed to address a specific area of tension, density, or restricted glide.

This service is offered as an ADD-ON to any of the 3 base service options. This service is not offered as a stand-alone session, because effective fascial work requires proper priming through lymphatic activation and increased local circulation to ensure safe, responsive tissue change.

If you have a particular area you’d like to prioritize, this targeted add-on is for you! It provides the deeper, localized attention that supports meaningful fascial release.

About the Therapist

Welcome!

I’m Yvette, a practitioner devoted to the quiet intelligence of the body: its currents, its patterns, its capacity to restore itself when given the right conditions. My work is centered on women, particularly those who carry tension, stagnation, and emotional weight through the lower body. Over time, I’ve learned that the places where the body feels “stuck” are rarely random; they are convergences of fascia, fluid, history, and habit.
